Circus Skills

21st June 2007 saw, Patrick Scott officially opened our Children's Centre and we all had a party to celebrate.

Throughout the day the children learned Circus Skills with Leanne and later in the day thy gave demonstrations!
In the afternoon there were craft workshops and parachute games.

Lots of other activities were onsite including the Urbie Bus, T
oy Library Bus and Community Police Vehicles.

The Cannon Lee school band helped things go with a swing as did the choir from Burton Green School and our own Little Singers.

There were Boomwhackers in the hall and Balloons were released outside at about 3.30pm.The Children's centre gave everyone a strawberry tea and a good time was had by all!
